The embodiment of my career is bringing marketing/sales success to my clients. I have taken fledgling companies and implemented best marketing and business practices that have dramatically increased their market share and overall sales. I have been the product management architect, which has increased annual recurring revenues by tenfold. I have specialized in taking startups and early-stage companies to successful outcomes.
Marketing/Sales Success—My process is metric-driven and transparent. I begin each engagement with a Discovery and Assessment Process and Buyer Persona Development Process. That culminates in a 150-page report on the industry, marketplace, competitors, and any other factors that might impact its success. I then track 400+ KPIs each month to ensure performance and results. I don't guess what is working; everything is tracked, and I adjust or improve everything through a continuous A/B testing process.

I have 17 years of experience leading some of the top HubSpot marketing agencies as Chief Marketing Officer and Strategist. I took three organizations from small project-based engagements to large retainer-based engagements. This propelled them from the lowest HubSpot tier to the highest. You only achieve this status if you are able to secure and retain clients.
B2B SaaS Experience

Curogram: As Chief Growth Officer for Curogram, I came into an organization where I could throw a rock in any direction and at any distance and find they were not operating according to best practices. I implemented the necessary changes and grew them by 350% in fourteen months. We only left (as the entire C-suite) when we discovered the founder was embezzling from the company. We notified the shareholders and resigned.
BQE Software: As Chief Growth Officer in charge of marketing and sales for BQE Software, I took an organization that had five years of declining leads and sales and revamped its marketing and sales approach. I also modified the product mix and introduced new market segments. The results grew from $8.5 million to $19.5 million in 18 months. The company was then sold, and the entire C-suite was replaced.
Web 3 Experience

Utility Coin for Energy Startup: This startup used a utility token to promote energy efficiency and payments between customers and vendor partners. As CMO, I grew the company to over USD 4M.
Utility Coin for Barter Company: I Started a barter company where we used a started utility token to pay for goods and services amongst partners. Grew it to over $15 million in revenue with over 12,000 customers/partners. It was sold in a successful exit.
Crypto Influencers: I have helped the top Crypto influencers on YouTube and X grow their followers and subscribers to over 3.1 million subscribers and followers.
Healthcare Experience

Duties Included:
Throughout my tenure at Kuno Creative, I was responsible for client acquisition and was the lead strategist for those clients who implemented the marketing program.
Kuno Creative’s process was to integrate both inbound and outbound marketing protocols to entice and nurture buyers through the sales process. It resolved around identifying and crafting all aspects of the program to what each buyer persona needs to see at each stage of their buyer’s journey. The first was optimizing the website for UX/UI, SEO, inbound marketing, and conversions.
